William Craig Cook, M.D., is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.

Dr. Cook received a B.S. degree in biology from Baylor University in Waco, Texas, and he earned a medical degree at the University of Oklahoma Tulsa Medical College.   He has served as a part-time clinical instructor at the University of Oklahoma Medical College in Tulsa.
