Robert F. Howard, MD, graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine in 1983, completed his internship at Oral Roberts University School of Medicine in 1987 and completed his fellowship in Rheumatology at the Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta in 1989.

Dr. Howard is board certified in Internal Medicine and Rheumatology. He is a member of the American College of Rheumatology. He has authored or co-authored several publications, abstracts and presentations on arthritis, osteoporosis and rheumatology.

Dr. Howard’s office is located at Utica Park Clinic - Central at 1245 S. Utica Ave., 3rd Floor, in Tulsa. Appointments can be set by calling 918-579-2590 between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm Monday through Friday.
