Sarah Elneser, DO received her Bachelor of Sciences in Biology at East Central University in Ada, Oklahoma. She received her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her residency at Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine-Center for Health Sciences in Tulsa.
