Matt Baker, RN, MSN has been in professional nursing since 2001. He received his Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) degree from Franklin Technology Center in 2001, his Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Missouri Southern State University in 2006 and his Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 2009.
Matt is certified in basic life support, advanced cardiac life support, pediatric advanced life support, trauma nursing care, and emergency nursing pediatric care. He maintains affiliations with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, the American College of Nurse Practitioners and 4 State APN.
Matt practices at the Utica Park Clinic at 2400 N. Hwy 66, Suite B in Catoosa. His office hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and he can be reached at 266-4433.
