Peter Sarfatis, MD, graduated from the University of Geneva, Switzerland, did his internship at Hillcrest Medical Center, and completed his surgical residency at Mount Sinai Hospital in Chicago, IL. He is board certified in General Surgery.

He served in the U.S. Army as a trauma surgeon in Vietnam. He is fluent in French and Greek, loves to travel, work in his garden, and swimming.  His favorite companion, other than his wife, is his puppy, Socrates.
