Pamela C. Landon, MD, has been practicing Oncology in Tulsa since January, 2000. She is board certified in Medical Oncology, Internal Medicine and Hospice & Palliative Medicine.
Dr. Landon graduated from the University of New Orleans in 1990 with a BA in Psychology. She then earned her medical degree from Louisiana State University School of Medicine in 1994. She completed her internship at the University of New Mexico Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology in 1995. She completed her residency in Internal Medicine at the University of New Mexico Department of Medicine in 1998 and completed her fellowship in Hematology/Oncology at the University of New Mexico Cancer Research and Treatment Center in 1999.
Dr. Landon has served on several committees including a Medical Executive Committee, Physicians Innovation Team, Peer Review Committee, Cancer Committee and Pharmacy & Therapeutics Committee. She was also Chairman of a Quality Control Board.
Dr. Landon has been involved in many clinical research trials since 2000 that focused on tumor types of the breast, lung, head and neck. She has also worked on cancer-related GU/GI, hematology and supportive care research.She is a member of the Tulsa County Medical Society, Oklahoma Society of Clinical Oncology, and American Society of Clinical Oncology. She has been affiliated with the North Central Cancer Group, Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group, Southwest Oncology Group, Radiation Therapy Oncology Group, National Surgical Adjuvant Breast and Bowel Project and more.
Dr. Landon welcomes new patients ages 18 and older. Most insurance plans, including Medicare and Medicaid, are accepted. Her office is located on the campus of Hillcrest Medical Center at 1809 E. 13th St., Suite 402 in Tulsa. Appointments can be set by calling 918.579.3850 between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
