Melissa Frandsen, MD, specializes in internal medicine and physical medicine/rehabilitation. She is board certified in internal medicine. Professional organizations of which she is a member include the Association of Academic Physiatrists and the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
Dr. Frandsen earned her Bachelor of Science Degree from Washington University in St. Louis in 2000 and her Master of Science Degree from Northwestern University in Evanston, IL in 2001. She earned her Doctor of Medicine Degree from Rush University in Chicago in 2005. Her Internal Medicine Residency was completed at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine in Tulsa in 2008. Her Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Residency was completed at Rush University in 2011, where she was Chief Resident.
During her personal time, Dr. Frandsen enjoys traveling, dance, watching hockey, and spending time with her family.
Dr. Frandsen is currently welcoming new patients. Most insurance plans are accepted. Her office is located at 1245 S. Utica in Tulsa. Appointments can be set by calling 918-579-2546 between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
