Jerry Maxwell, DPM, has been a foot and ankle physician and surgeon (Podiatrist) since 1982.  He is board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and is a fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons.  Organizations of which he is currently a member include the Oklahoma State Podiatry Association, American Podiatric Medical Association, and American Board of Podiatric Surgery.

Dr. Maxwell graduated from the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in 1978.  In 1982, he completed his residency at Northlake Regional Hospital in Tucker, Georgia. 

Dr. Maxwell has had two text books published and written several papers for journal publication.

When he’s not tending to the needs of his patients, Dr. Maxwell enjoys spending time with his wife, children and grandchildren.  He also enjoys golfing, boating and flying.

Dr. Maxwell is currently welcoming new patients.  Most insurance plans are accepted.  His office is located at 1030 E. Cherry in Cushing.  Appointments can be set by calling 918.225.0616 between 8 am and 5 pm, Monday through Friday.
