Fred Crapse, DO, graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Respiratory Therapy from the Medical College of Georgia.  He graduated with honors from West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine.  He completed his residency at Tulsa Regional Medical Center. 

Dr. Crapse has written several publications and is a member of the Georgia Osteopathic Medical Association, Oklahoma Osteopathic Association, and American Osteopathic Surgeons.       

He is board certified in General Surgery.

Dr. Crapse is currently welcoming new patients.  Most insurance plans including Medicare and Medicaid are accepted.  His office is conveniently located at:
