Dustin Cupp, DO, graduated from Oklahoma State University-Center for Health Sciences, College of Osteopathic Medicine in Tulsa. While he was there, he received the Dean’s Award for Academic Excellence and the President’s Award for Academic Excellence.  He completed his residency training at In His Image Christian Family Medicine Residency in Tulsa.

He is board certified in Family Medicine.

Dr. Cupp is currently welcoming new patients.  Most insurance plans including Medicare and Medicaid are accepted.  His office is conveniently located at:
