David L. Combs, MD, is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.  He has practiced in the Tulsa area since 1993 and he's been in Catoosa  since 2009.  Organizations of which he is a member include theTulsa County Medical Society, Oklahoma Medical Association, American Medical Association and the American Academy of Family Practice. 

Dr. Combs received his BS and DVM degrees from Oklahoma State University.  He earned his medical degree from the University of Oklahoma in Tulsa. 

Dr. Combs welcomes new patients and most insurance plans.  His office is located at 1755 N. Hwy 66, Suite A in Catoosa.  Appointments can be set by calling 918-266-4200 between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
