Dan Henshaw, PA, has practiced Family Medicine in northeastern Oklahoma since 1979.  He is a member of the American Academy of Physicians Assistants and the Oklahoma Academy of Physicians Assistants.

Mr. Henshaw obtained his Associate of Science degree from Seminole Junior College in 1973.  He received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Oklahoma in 1979. 

Before joining Utica Park Clinic, Mr. Henshaw was a Physician Assistant with St. John in Sapulpa for over 32 years.  He has experience in all general medical areas including pediatrics, geriatrics, minor office procedures, nursing home care, and preventative medicine.

When he’s not tending to the needs of his patients, Mr. Henshaw enjoys riding motorcycles, coin collecting, piloting airplanes and golfing.

Mr. Henshaw is currently welcoming new patients.  Most insurance plans are accepted.  He sees patients at two Utica Park Clinic locations:
