UPC makes it convenient to access the quality care we offer by providing an after hours facility for acute situations when patients cannot be seen during regular office hours.

Our caring team of physicians and staff can assist you in providing treatment for your minor illnesses and injuries. Depending on the medical condition, patients are seen on a "first come, first served" basis.

After your initial treatment, you will be referred to your primary care physician for follow up care. If you don't have a primary care physician, UPC has physicians available to meet all of your healthcare needs.

Times & Location

The After Hours Clinic is located on the first floor of UPC Central at 1245 S. Utica. The Clinic is open seven days a week and most holidays. Normal hours of operation are as follows:

• Monday-Friday - 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• Saturday - 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• Sunday - 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

After Hours Clinic hours are subject to change, so please contact us at 579-3756 prior to your arrival.

You should call 911 if you have a life-threatening emergency that requires immediate treatment and/or transport to the nearest emergency department.
