Carl R. Smith, DO, joined Utica Park Clinic in July 2004.  In 2001, he graduated from Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine.  He completed his residency in Family Medicine at Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine.  Dr. Smith is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, Oklahoma Osteopathic Association, American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians, American College of Family Physicians, and the Oklahoma State Medical Association.

Dr. Smith is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Basic Life Support, Advanced Life Support for Obstetrics, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, and Neonatal Resuscitation Program.  His interests include fishing, attending church and spending time with his family.
